Our History

Company roots
In 1985 and after many years of working in construction in several companies in Mallorca and gaining experience, wisdom and professionalism, Mr. Bonifacio López Álvarez decided to start his own company.
1985
Early beginnings
Mr. Genaro López begins in the construction sector, under the orders of his father and teacher Mr. Bonifacio López.
1989
Founding of the company
In 1998, Genaro López establishes his own company, Construcciones Genaro López SL, after the retirement of his father, master in the trade.
1998
Expansion
Large increases of staff, as well as all transport infrastructure, machinery and tools.
2000
New challenges
Bulkier and more difficult projects are embarked on and a section is opened in the company for the projection and construction of swimming pools of all kinds. A service for the maintenance of gardens and swimming pools is also added. Currently, we are prepared to face any challenge in construction projects in general, as well as the maintenance and service of them, such as new construction, remodelling of rustic and modern buildings and homes and all kinds of swimming pools.
